Green Carnation - The Acoustic Verses Review

Wednesday January 25, 2006
The Norweigan progressive/avant garde metal band Green Carnation has gone unplugged. Their latest album, as you can probably figure out from the title, is acoustic. You won't hear any electric guitar or double bass drum, just acoustic guitars, strings, and other instruments.

This is not a typical metal album, and that's what makes it so interesting. It shows that Green Carnation have the musicianship and balls to pull off something like this.
