Various Artists - Headbangers Ball: The Revenge Review

The return of "Headbangers Ball" to MTV2 has been very positive for the metal genre. It's another avenue to expose new and classic metal bands to a wider audience. Jamey Jasta of Hatebreed does a credible job as host, and although the playlist could use more diversity, it's a good thing for metal. Another positive that has come out of the show is the compilations. The latest installment is chock full of some of the biggest names in heavy metal along with some promising up and comers. It's a double disc set for the price of a single disc, which is also a plus.
