Hydrogyn - Bombshell Review

The bombshell in the title could refer to the heavy type of music or the hot lead singer, but I'm leaning toward the hot lead singer. But Julie Westlake can also sing. The band's music is glossy pop metal with a lot of catchy hooks. They venture into classic rock territory a little bit, but for the most part has a metal edge. There's also a cover version of AC/DC's "Back In Black" which has a whole different twist when done by a female vocalist.

Must admit these folks do sound very good indeed.
This release - I believe - is a reissue with Back In Black on, as there’s another version doing the rounds where they cover Skid Row’s 18 & Life.
Their MySpace page had it on there for quite some time. Very creditible version.
With the right backing they could go far.
