This is not your typical metal album that's loud and abrasive and straightforward. Cult Of Luna doesn't write bitchin' riffs, they construct elaborate soundscapes. Their style of music isn't for everyone, but if you appreciate songs that are unusual and experimental, you should enjoy this album.
