Band History:
Carpathian Forest is a Norwegian black metal band formed in 1990 by Nattefrost and Nordavind. After recording a couple of demos, they released the Through Chasm, Caves and Titan Woods EP in 1995, followed by their full-length debut Black Shining Leather in 1998. Nordavind left the band in 2000, and Nattefrost is the sole remaining original member.
