Bury Your Dead is a band with a sense of humor. Their last album contained songs that were all named after Tom Cruise movies. This time around they feature song titles based on fairy tales.
This album is a noticeable improvement over their last effort. Their metalcore sound is crisper and catchier, but still plenty heavy. It's probably the heaviest CD they've done so far. As you can garner from the title and the genre, there are plenty of breakdowns. The vocals are hardcore style yelling, filled with vitriol. Bury Your Dead crushes, but they also have fun while they're doing it, which makes it that much more enjoyable for the listener.
