Just in time for Halloween (and the season premiere of the show) comes the second installment of the soundtrack to the popular Showtime horror program. Even if you've never seen the show, Masters Of Horror II is a pretty good metal compilation.
The soundtrack is front loaded, with the big names mostly appearing on the first few tracks. It kicks off with Hatebreed, Cradle Of Filth, Lacuna Coil and Seether. The rest of the 14 song CD is a combination of fairly well known bands like Shinedown and Chimaira and lesser known artists like Junip and 2Cents. It has both previously released songs and exclusive tracks. There are far more treats than tricks on this soundtrack, and you'll be able to enjoy songs from some big names in metal and discover some new bands.
