Guide Review - Motorhead - Another Perfect Day
A bunch of Motorhead albums have been re-released in the last couple of years with bonus material. Motorhead is definitely a band worthy of the attention. They are one of the classic heavy metal bands and of course Lemmy is an icon. In addition to the original 1983 CD, there's a b-side included on the first disc. The second disc is a live show.
This album was the one where former Thin Lizzy and Wild Horses guitarist Brian Robertson replaced "Fast" Eddie Clarke. Robertson only lasted one album, and you can hear the musical tension on this record. He was a great player, but had a more mainstream style. It's a good album, but in the pantheon of Motorhead ranks somewhere in the middle of the road.
