Arch Enemy - Live Apocalypse DVDCentury Media Records
After their very well received 2005 CD Doomsday Machine, the Swedish death metal band Arch Enemy returns with a new DVD. Live Apocalypse is a double disc set packed with music and extras fans of the band will eat up.

The first disc is an entire concert recorded in 2004 at the London Forum. There's also a short 3 song set recorded a year later at Manchester Academy. The audio and video quality of the live footage is excellent. Angela Gossow is a very charismatic frontperson, and cranking it up in Dolby 5.1 will make your house shake.

Disc 2 is made up of bonus material, and there is a lot of very interesting stuff. There are a couple of behind the scenes tour features, along with interviews, a section of "gear talk" for equipment geeks, and footage shot while they were filming the video for "My Apocalypse." There are also four promo videos and a few other goodies included on the second disc.

Fans of Arch Enemy couldn't ask for much more on the band's first DVD. It has great live performances, interesting behind the scenes material, and promo videos.
