After releasing the comprehensive collection DVD Arsenal Of Megadeth last year, Megadeth returns with a concert DVD. That One Night: Live In Buenos Aires was filmed in Argentina on October 9, 2005 at Obras Stadium.
Megadeth picked the right show to film. The fans in Buenos Aires are incredible. In addition to singing along with the lyrics, they even sing along to some guitar riffs. You can tell the band is feeding off the crowd's energy, pushing them to perform even better.
The setlist is pretty comprehensive and pulls material from the band's entire career. The audio and video quality of the DVD are excellent. The only negative is the lack of bonus material. An alternate version of "Symphony Of Destruction" is the only extra. There are some clips of the band in Argentina interspersed throughout the concert, but a sitdown interview or documentary about the show would have been even better.
