The 2005 Sounds Of The Underground tour featured an excellent lineup of hardcore, metalcore and heavy metal bands. This DVD features live performance clips from 16 different bands, including Lamb Of God, From Autumn To Ashes, Gwar, Strapping Young Lad, Every Time I Die and many more. Before each performance is a short behind the scenes clip featuring that band. Even though the audio quality isn't the greatest, it captures the feel and energy of the live performances.
In addition to the nearly 2 hours of live performances and vignettes, there is an hour long bonus documentary of behind the scenes interviews and shenanigans that is very entertaining. If you went to the Sounds Of The Underground tour last summer this is a great keepsake. It you didn't, watching it will make you want to go to this year's show.
