Guide Review - Judas Priest - Live Vengeance '82 DVD
The advances in technology are really clear when you compare this DVD, recorded back in 1982, to the recent Judas Priest DVD Rising In The East. For its time the sound quality was pretty good and the video is decent, but today's audio and video equipment are obviously far more sophisticated.
This DVD is a snapshot of a legendary band at the top of their game. At that point in their career they had already recorded classic singles like "Breaking The Law," "You've Got Another Thing Coming," and "Living After Midnight," which are all featured here.
This DVD was also a limited edition bonus disc for the early copies of the Metalogy box set, so if you missed out on it then now is your chance to snag it. It was also released back in the day on VHS. That's probably why they didn't put any bonus material on the DVD, they just used what was on the videotape. Even so, it's a DVD Judas Priest fans will enjoy.
